The Blue Black Heart

OK, so this is totally a concept piece. I wanted a Madonna type look, and this model is the best I could find that way. I love the way her hair falls and her gentle expression. She is cradling a Heart, which is quite frankly, MY heart. If you look very closely, you will see Jesus enthroned in the center of my heart. He has my deceased cat Pumpkin sitting on his lap (actual photo of him I took). On either side, kneeling in worship before Him, are two of three very special people to me. The third very special person is the flame coming out of the Heart. The Madonna cradles the Heart and overlooks it. I finished in cyanotype for that blue black effect. Done in GIMP and Lightroom, with a laptop touchpad!
